Sydney Levitt, R.TCMP & R.Ac
Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner & Acupuncturist
Sydney Levitt is a licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist who helps her patients uncover the root cause of their symptoms in a supportive, practical way. She integrates modern, evidence-based knowledge with ancient Eastern medicine, always through a holistic lens.
Her interest in TCM began with her own health journey. After struggling with chronic eczema, she was surprised by how much her symptoms improved with consistent acupuncture and a few simple lifestyle changes. That experience opened the door to a deeper exploration of this medicine, especially after seeing improvements in other longstanding concerns like asthma, acne, allergies, painful periods, migraines, fatigue, and anxiety.
Because of this, Sydney understands what it’s like to deal with ongoing symptoms that don’t always have clear answers. She brings that perspective into her practice, focusing on listening closely and working collaboratively with each person. Her treatments are tailored to what’s actually going on in your day-to-day life, using a mix of acupuncture, cupping, Guasha, herbal medicine, and Tuina massage.
Before becoming a practitioner, Sydney trained and worked as a professional contemporary dancer. Her background in movement led her to teach barre and Pilates over the past seven years, and it continues to shape how she approaches the body, seeing it as something interconnected, adaptable, and capable of change with the right support.
Sydney graduated with Honours from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner program at Humber Polytechnic and is a registered member in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Sydney in the studio teaching barre and Pilates, taking a dance class, thrifting vintage home decor, and snuggling her dog, Pamela!
