No Show
24 Hour Cancellation Policy - Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file, typically amounting to the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
Payment
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. A credit card is required to secure your appointment, but it will not be charged. Payment is collected at the end of your service. All pricing is gratuity inclusive and subject to HST.
Illness
Please refrain from visiting the clinic if you’re feeling unwell. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of illness, and our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Privacy
Data Collected
We store only required and necessary information (name, contact details, service history, credit card info and insurance info) to book appointments and process payments.
How we use it
Your data is never sold. We may contact you about appointments or promotions (opt-out anytime).
Third Parties
We use Jane App for scheduling and transactions — they adhere to industry security standards.
