Custom Orthotics
Orthotics aren’t just shoe inserts—they’re designed to help your body move better. Custom orthotics support the natural alignment of your feet, ankles, knees, and hips, which can make a big difference in how your whole body feels. When your joints are properly aligned, everyday movements like walking or standing put less strain on your body. This can help reduce ongoing pain in areas like your feet, knees, hips, and lower back.
Orthotics fit easily into your shoes and work by improving how your body handles pressure and movement. They help spread out stress more evenly, which can make daily activities like walking, running, or exercising feel more comfortable.
Orthotics may help with:
Foot and heel pain
Knee and hip pain
Plantar fasciitis
Ball-of-foot pain (metatarsalgia)
Flat feet or high arches
Bunion discomfort
Low back pain
If you plan to use insurance, please check in advance whether your plan covers orthotics provided by a chiropractor. If a prescription from your medical doctor is required, please bring it with you to your appointment.
